Welcome to Chris Jackson's Website Design Strategies that Attract and Engage Visitors

This site will help you design website's that are user friendly. A place that your visitors will return to whenever they are interested in your product or service. The first concern in your design is usability. How easy is it to use your site? It should be evident to your visitor where to click to get the information they want and how to navigate easily through your site. For details on some of the particular areas click on the list to the left.

In Krug's book, Don't Make Me Think, he suggests that the following be taken into consideration:

1. Put the most important information at the top.

2. Group your ideas together.

3. Make sure to take advantage of white space.

4. Minimize noise - only include what is important on the site.
