Alignment allows the reader's eyes to easily follow the flow of the website. The page flows better if all text is left or right aligned,the columns should also be aligned, and use white space to help the flow.

Repetition helps the reader know where they are. Color, Style, Navigation and all of the pages should have the same repetition.
