Psychometrics and measurement

Building and testing personality measures.

My career began in measurement: the Eysenck Personality Profiler with Hans Eysenck and Glenn Wilson, the RAF officer interview, and measures of job satisfaction. A long run of psychometric papers followed on the structure, short forms and validity of personality measures. See also the measures developed in this research programme.
